Youssef Al Halabi
An expert in management with over 30 years of experience.
YOUSSEF AL HALABI began his career in 1976 in UAE as a sales manager for CIPCO (CEILING & INTERNAL PARTITIONS CO. In 1997, Lebanon, he owned his own fit-out establishment. In 2005 he moved to Doha- Qatar as owner and MD of Specialists Trading & Contracting Company W.L.L (STC). This company became one of the most reputed in the industry.
The secret of success at STC is embedded in Youssef’s words to his team: ” Build every ceiling and every wall as if your own name is carved into the frame. Quality isn’t what we say; it’s the lasting dividend we leave behind for our partners. A contract is just a piece of paper, but a partnership is a bond of honour. Issam Sawaya
Executive with 25+ years of leadership and management experience.
Issam Sawaya, a consummate professional who brings skills in strategy, sales, marketing, business development, and operational excellence to his position as Executive Officer. He also has more than 25+ years of significant work experience, strong networks throughout the GCC, Levant, Egypt, and Iran, and these attributes are complemented by his leadership abilities.
He aims for perfection while concentrating on constant improvement. He is a great communicator, accepts full accountability for team outcomes, and lives and leads in accordance with the organization’s values, vision, and missions.
Elie Al Halabi
Graduated in 2015 in International Business Management.
Elie Al Halabi is a young hard worker and a leader by example. His professional experience in Lebanon and Doha has allowed him to achieve ambitious goals and the vision of Specialists.
Bouraoui Rhim
Bringing over 13 years of experience in project leadership.
Bouraoui Rhim, a highly experienced Projects Manager with over 13 years in the interior design and construction industry, specializing in residential, commercial, and retail projects.
Known for delivering high-quality fit-out solutions from concept to completion, he combines creative design expertise with strong project management skills to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
His career spans leading roles in reputable firms across Qatar and Tunisia, where he successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams and client expectations in fast-paced environments
Rawad Merhej
Experience in interior architecture and procurement management.
Rawad Merhej brings a strong foundation in interior architecture and extensive expertise in procurement management and supply chain optimization. He plays a pivotal role in driving STC’s strategic sourcing initiatives and advancing operational excellence programs that enhance overall efficiency and performance.
As a key member of the management team, he aligns procurement strategies with STC’s commitment to innovation, quality, and client satisfaction. Working closely with the projects and finance departments, he ensures reliable material sourcing, streamlined operations, and the consistent delivery of value that reinforces STC’s reputation for excellence across every project.
